Glass Light Box

All new 2018 Glass LED Light Box!
This provides fully modular LED Light Boxes with 6mm or 8mm toughened low iron glass.
These can have digitally printed images either inside or on the outside of the glass.
The visible bezel is a staggering 11.25mm in width.
The frame is available in silver anodised or a full range of powder coated finishes.
Individually addressable LEDs or full SMD digital screens may be mounted in the Light Box Units.
The glass is insulated from the aluminium frame with a dedicated PVC extrusion. This is finely engineered to limit water getting through the frame and not be visible.

There are 2 key benefits from a fully framed unit:
1) 8mm rather than 12mm glass can be used (when compared to an office partition system). This is both lighter and cheaper. For smaller units the differential is 6mm glass rather than 10mm glass.
2) NES Lightline can provide this as a supply only system. Little to no preparation of the site is needed as it fits directly to a flat wall with a split aluminium 'z' baton. Valuable site time is saved. Convoluted co-ordination meetings are removed.

If the edges of the extrusion are on display it is possible to have the countersunk screws fitted to only 2 of the 4 sides. This means smooth edges with no visible fixings.
This unit has full CE certification. When this unit is combined with our powerful external grade lensed Osram LEDs we can offer 5 year lifetimes, Binning of 3 Mc Adam Ellipses and cri of 80+.
