263 square meters of bronze anodised aluminium cladding was specified for this project. The client Islington County Council were looking to balance two key objectives:
• Maximun return on capital from the sale of the private units in the development.
• A high performance cladding product that would: Be long lasting, low maintenance and add to the architecture of the local area.
Our Client, Quinn London were also focused on looking after the clients visual intent this ambitious project.
The chosen fixing system was through face fix. The fixings were PVDF painted to match the bronze anodised aluminium panels. 14mm diameter rivets were chosen as they allow the aluminium panel some expansion on oversized holes. Behind surface we have the NES TFF02
